If your running Windows XP operating system or newer, Windows 2003 operation system or newer, or have PC Anywhere. We can, with your permission only, access your systems remotely and make software repairs, remove viruses or spy-ware, install security, make upgrades, setup email, setup networking, provide training, etc.

Remote pricing is $32.50 per half hour. We have a half hour minimum and time is accrued by the minute after the first half hour. Our remote technicians are very fast and efficient.  Most remote service is completed in under an hour. There is no charge for setting up / establishing the initial remote connection.
